Bobby
Juliana mix, Female, Est. 3 years old
Bonded pair with Betty– must be adopted together
Bobby
Bobby is a soft-spoken potbelly pig who finds comfort in watching life unfold—he’s not one for petting yet, but give him quiet space, veggie treats, and gentle encouragement, and he’ll inch closer on his own terms. Curious by nature, Bobby loves rooting around cozy spots and uncovering hidden treasures in his space—each new scent or sound his own quiet adventure. This thoughtful little pig thrives in calm, consistent settings. He may take time to trust, but with patience, you’ll be rewarded with heart-melting moments: the soft nudges of his snout, his bright eyes lighting up at snack time, and the tender loyalty of a friend who chooses you, when he’s ready. If you’re ready to let a shy soul bloom in their own time, Bobby’s waiting.
Bobby is 3 years old. He is fully vetted (up to date on yearly swine atrophic rhinitis vaccine, hoof trimming, and deworming). He is a neutered male. Betty and Bobby joined Mules N More in July, 2024.
They are a brother and sister pair that will be adopted out together. Please check out Betty’s bio as well to learn more about her!

Betty
Juliana mix, Female, Est. 3 years old
Bonded pair with Bobby- must be adopted together
Betty
Betty is Bobby’s gentle counterpart—shy to the core and happiest when she’s free to move at her own pace. She rarely seeks attention and isn’t ready for petting; instead, she finds joy in quietly rummaging through bedding or nuzzling around for treats hidden in soft corners . In a calm, predictable space with plenty of soft encouragement—think scattered veggie treats and reassuring whispers—Betty begins to shine. She’ll give gentle sniffs to check you out, respond to simple cues once trust builds, and slowly bond on her own schedule. If you’re offering a patient heart and steady companionship Betty will blossom in the quietest, most heartwarming way.
Betty is 3 years old. She is fully vetted (up to date on yearly swine atrophic rhinitis and CDT vaccine, hoof trimming, and deworming). She was spayed on 3/18/2025. Betty and Bobby joined Mules N More in July, 2024. They are a brother and sister pair that will be adopted out together. Please check out Bobby’s bio as well to learn more about him!

Jeb
Mammoth Donkey, Male, 7 years old
Jeb
Jeb joined Mules N More in May, 2025.
He is estimated to be around 7 years old. This big boy was an owner surrender. He was pulled out of a kill pen 3 years ago by a loving family.
He was never trained to stand for a farrier, and because of this he hasn’t had his feet done in 3 years. He was surrendered to us because of this. The family knew that at some point he would need to be re-homed because he needed training. He lived with cows for a while, but ultimately ended up in his own pasture due to not enjoying their company.
They got him out, and now it’s our job to keep him out. We will be working with him extensively to teach him how to pick up his feet. He is a sweet big giant and is going to make someone so happy

Jason
Mule, Gelding, Age estimate pending
Jason
Jason joined Mules N More in May, 2025.
Age estimate pending****
This smaller boy is part of a working pair, his partner is Curtis.
They joined Mules N More after being purchased from an auction. The buyer sent them to us to ensure they end up in a good home.
We know little about their history and where they came from, but we got this little blurb about them- “This is a team that knows their jobs!! Yes they have jobs not just one. They are broke to ride/drive and pack. Very versatile mules. They saddle up and ride better than average, have been hooked to many wagons and implements. They have also been driven in town.”
Jason is the spunkier of the pair. He is sweet and friendly, and likes to explore. We are excited to welcome them to the rescue. They have definitely worked hard and we can’t wait to give them some rest and rehab well deserved.
Jason and Curtis are pending vet visits and behavioral evals before being put up for adoption.
They will be adopted out as a pair.

Sanctuary Residents

Benji
Mule, Gelding, Est. 30+ yrs old
Benji
Benji has been with us since April of 2020. He was found to have severe osteoarthritis in both hind legs, as well as multiple severely damaged leg tendons that would require lifelong management to keep him as comfortable as possible. He can never be ridden or even sat on after his years of serving as an amish plow mule.
Due to the severity of his conditions and his age, Benji became our first permanent Mules N More Sanctuary Resident. He will live out his days with us, getting the daily care, medications, and supplements from our team that he needs.
Benji’s favorite activity is getting groomed and he loves treats!!

Ernie
Spotted Swine mix, Male, 4 years old
Ernie
Ernie joined Mules N More in July 2024. Since his arrival, he’s been incredibly fearful of people and is still slowly learning to trust us. At some point in his past, Ernie suffered a back injury that didn’t heal properly and now requires daily medication. After careful consideration, we’ve decided to move Ernie into our sanctuary program, where he can live out his life in a safe, loving environment tailored to his needs.

Blossom
Mule, Female, Est. 9 years old
Blossom
Blossom joined Mules N More in March 2024. We do not know much about her history, but we do know she was previously owned by the Amish before coming to us. Blossom has an eye injury which we believe was caused by physical abuse (due to the nature of the injury).
The trauma from her injury has left her terrified of people. We’ve spent countless hours trying to help her heal, but it’s clear that what she needs most is peace and safety. She’s formed a bond with Sam and Danielle, and we know in our hearts that moving her to our sanctuary program is the right choice. It’s where she’ll be surrounded by love, treated with gentleness, and able to live her life .

Thoroughbred, Gelding, 19 years old
4/11/2002 – 06/20/2021
Blaze
To our sweet boy, Blaze
“…..when you and your special friend finally meet, you cling together in joyous reunion, never to be parted again. The happy kisses rain upon your face; your hands again caress the beloved head, and you look once more into the trusting eyes of your pet, so long gone from your life but never absent from your heart.
Then you cross the Rainbow Bridge together….”
Until we meet again, thank you for all the memories and for laying the foundation for our dreams to come true. Thank you for being my best friend for 15 years.
We love you always, Sam and Danielle ❤️

Magic
Katahdin mix sheep, Male, 1 month old
12/16/2024 – 1/15/2025
Magic
Magic 8 ball came to us from a breeding farm as a failure to thrive case. Although he initially improved for the 1 week we had him, he continued to have uncontrollable seizures. He was humanely euthanized. A necropsy showed that he had advanced meningitis and his prognosis would have been very poor. We miss our little Magic Man every day, and it was an honor to give him the best week of his life.
